Descripition

The mineralized marine red alga Lithothamnium calcareum is a calcium source, of vegetable origin. It grows on the southwest coast of Ireland in the local mineral crystal clear water. After the growth phase, it sinks to the floor and mineral-catalyzed there.

Ideally, the algae Lithothamnium once per day are taken with good spring water.
